Positive: The location
Negative: Their hot water was not working for two days, and their sauna was not working either.
When I arrived, there were a few stains on one of the pillow, and I didn't take it seriously. When I was leaving, they said one of the pillowcases had a stain on it and charged me 30,000 pesos. I was annoyed, but I was late for the airport, so I didn't argue and paid.
